If you have a music player on your blog, remove it.
It's annoying. No one wants to hear "In da club" or "If I Die Young" when they click on your page. This can be a way to lose followers. I won't lie, I've unfollowed people with shitty taste in music/with obnoxious music players I couldn't shut off.
This isn't myspace. I don't think you need to relate your blog posts to Fall Out Boy's latest. (Does Fall Out Boy even exist anymore? does it matter? Here is a video...)
